The aim of the Social Innovation Brokers project is to develop an innovative training for Social Innovation Brokers – the bridge-builders who connect innovators with stakeholders and help them bring their ideas to life.
The Social Innovation Brokers (BIS) project aims to develop a pilot version of vocational training for Social Innovation Brokers. Such training will be the first in Poland and in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) in general training preparing people to work in this new and unique profession. We plan to train a group of 50 brokers. The benefit of the project is the creation of a support, development and dissemination mechanism for social innovations and social dialogue at the local and regional level. We support social innovation through intensive training of Social Innovation Brokers.
Objectives:
-
Organizations participating in the BIS project will develop practical, proven (piloted), innovative digital and analog vocational teaching tools.
-
They will be disseminated both as part of the project and the mission of the Polish project leader. This will multiply and increase the reach and impact of the project.
-
The achieved results will help trainers of social and digital competences to improve the quality, accessibility and attractiveness of the provided content in vocational training.
-
They will be able to use it during the project duration and after its completion. (e.g. as a complement to pedagogical innovation in social and digital competences).
-
They will gain a broader view of European educational trends and their translation into pedagogical practice. A positive impact on the quality of teaching social and digital competences will be carried out instationary, remote or hybrid form.
Sustainability
Participation in the project on the implementation of educational innovation will help participants in the future to introduce similar innovations on a smaller and larger scale, it will also provide an opportunity to establish and develop contacts (including with educational institutions, education superintendents, media representatives and educators from other countries).
